Unibuddy is committed to making products that are accessible to all. As part of this, we strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A, and Level AA conformance.

Unibuddy is audited by Deque Services and was assessed as meeting the required criteria.

This applies to the below products at Unibuddy:

• Unibuddy Chat
• Traffic Drivers (Buddy cards, Popcard, Carousel, Chat Bubble)
• Community Mobile App
• Community Web
• Ambassador Dashboard

This means users can interact with all controls and interactive elements on the platform using either the mouse, keyboard, or an assistive device; and through a wide range of technologies (including old and new user agents and assistive technologies.).
